Victoria is originally from Columbus, Ohio (Go BUCKS!), and has fallen in love with Washington D.C. She is an engineer by education and training having majored in material science engineering at The Ohio State University and has been working as a space science engineer. Although she is a space nerd, she has also been working in real estate for 5+ years bringing together her natural problem solving skills and passion for working with people. ​

 

When she talks to realtors, fellow real estate investors and homeowners about renting property outside of where they live, most say don't do it. The common theme she hears is that you need to be within driving distance of your investment. Victoria understands the worry of leaving your property behind and the horror stories of neglectful property managers. That is why she decided to become the property manager that she would want. Her priority is to manage your property as if it were her own. Clear communication, flexibility, competitive fees and respect for both owners and tenants alike are Victoria's specialty.
