What's Included:
Lease Preparation: $100/lease
-Collecting information about the property and future renter to prepare a written lease that has protections built in
-Lease review with landlords and tenants to ensure everyone understands the contract
-DocuSign e-signatures or in-person signature options available
-Physical copy of lease sent to tenants
Interim Inspection: $150
-Recommended biannually
-Detailed photo documentation of damages, signs of additional tenants with time stamps
Move-Out Inspection: $200
--Detailed photo documentation of damages, signs of additional tenants with time stamps
-Minimize questions and conflicts about security deposit disputes
Move-In Inspection: $200
