Pricing

We offer competitive prices and terms on contracts and promise to provide the most exclusive, professional service. 

Property Management 

Long Term Rentals: $300 Start up Fee + 7% of rent 

Medium Term Rentals: $300 Start up Fee + 10% of rent 

Short Term Rental: $300 Start up Fee + 18% of revenue 

Leasing 

50% of One Month's Rent  

Vacation Mode: Property Manager On Call  

10% of rent prorated Start up Fee + $50/ Site Visit 

A La Carte

Lease Preparation: $200/ Lease

Interim Inspection: $200/ Inspection

Move-in Inspection: $250/ Inspection

Move-out Inspection: $250/ Inspection

Renovation Project Management 

7% of Total Project Cost 
Note: Based on the initial projected budget established at the start of planning. If the overall project budget changes due to scope adjustments or approved change orders, the project management fee will be adjusted accordingly.

Our Guarantee

No-Commitment Guarantee

You are never locked in. Cancel your management agreement within 14 days without penalties, hidden fees, or long notice requirements.

28-Day Tenant Placement Guarantee

If a tenant we place vacates the property within the first 28 days of move-in due to lease default, we will re-market and re-lease the property at no additional leasing fee.

Results Guarantee

We believe we should only get paid when you do. If we do not successfully collect the rent, you do not pay a management fee for that month.
