What we Offer:

Our services include full service property management, leasing, "vacation mode" property management and a la carte services. We have been tenants, first time home buyers and real estate investors. We understand the importance of taking care of your home or investment property and providing top-tier service to tenants and owners alike. We manage residential property including but not limited to, condominiums, single family homes, and multi-family buildings. We are experts in the Washington D.C. metro area short term rental (STR) arena and understand the laws and regulations, start-up investment planning, and day-to-day management associated with running a STR. 

Fees 

We offer flexible fees and terms on contracts and promise to provide the most exclusive, professional quality service. 

Property Management 

Long Term Rentals: $300 Start up Fee + 7% of rent 

Medium Term Rentals: $300 Start up Fee + 10% of rent 

Short Term Rental: $300 Start up Fee + 20% of revenue 

Leasing 

50% of One Month's Rent  

Vacation Mode: Property Manger On Call  

10% of rent prorated Start up Fee + $50/ Site Visit 

A La Carte

Lease Preparation: $100/lease

Interim Inspection: $150/ Inspection

Move-in Inspection: $200

Move-out Inspection: $200
